***This is only for my experience touring*** The layout and grounds was not too expressive. Definitely needs some landscaping. Bare grounds and dirt spots. Not homey feel. The two bedroom model was nice. I like the layout and new appliances was definitely impressive. The stove was gas and the water was gas. That means, an extra utilitity bill. My leasing specialist, Denver was very polite and friendly.

Been here almost 4 months and no complaints. Definitely haven't seen any bugs as previous reviews have stated. Any issues we have, the staff and maintenance worker have been on top of it ASAP. We enjoy living here. It's quiet and the updates to apartments are nice.

This is my first time getting my own place, but Jovon is the sweetest! Keep in mind my review is solely based on my tour and correspondence experience with Jovon, as I am not a tenant, but I may choose this location. 🥰 The location is being completely remodeled. I’d highly recommend scheduling a tour asap if you plan on moving soon. For the price point, it isn’t terrible, considering how high rent is everywhere.

I wanted to make a post about Carlos( the new maintenance guy). He found a wallet in the parking lot and immediately, returned it to the owner, without hesitation! This kind of honesty is very rare these days....unfortunately. also.... The place has never looked better! The manager Ana has always been very kind and professional as well as Alex. Daniel is extremely fast in taking care of any maintenance issues! God bless and Thank you all!

I am so pleased with my overall experience with Oak Hollow. I really appreciate all the help I received from Ana, Alex, & Daniel. I love my new place and my kids are very excited. This has been a blessing from God. My unit is remoldeld and has all black appliances. I strongly recommend moving here for a fresh start.

I've never been happier at Oak Hollow than I am now. The new management are on point. Trice is wonderful and always available for any questions. Maintenance is great also, always show up when needed and keeps our grounds very clean. It's been almost 3 years and it's been a pleasure...

The maintenance man at Oak Hollow is excellent! Problems are repaired fast and efficiently. Quality work, too. The current apartment manager is top notch, too. Helpful, concerned, and just a nice person. The property is going through some renovations and is improving constantly.

I went and toured the property and was very impressed by the new manager, Shawntrice Proctor. She was helpful with my questions and was patient when I asked her a million questions. I am new to the area and am excited to apply and make Oak Hollow my new home!
