I’ve been a resident at Finley Apartments for about 6 months and it has been a great experience. The staff is always professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or request. The community is well-kept and I’ve felt very comfortable living here. Overall, I highly recommend Finley Apartments for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive place to call home

I recently toured Finley Apartments and had a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible staff. Ashley, the property manager, was especially helpful—she was warm, knowledgeable, and really took the time to answer all my questions. She made the tour feel personal and informative, not rushed or salesy. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the community. During the tour, I also had a chance to speak with Derek from maintenance. He was kind enough to answer a few of my questions about how service requests are handled, and his pride in his work showed through. It’s reassuring to know there’s a responsive and friendly maintenance team on site. Finley Apartments left a great impression on me, and Ashley and Derek were a big part of that. Highly recommend checking it out if you're apartment hunting!

Ashley has been SO helpful from the moment we put the application in, to a little over a month of our move in. We have addressed minor issues to her, and she has resolved them in a timely manner. So grateful for her help!! And the apartments are clean and i have no complaints.
